FPL is shredding and recycling your documents for free on Arbor Day!
In celebration of Arbor Day, FPL customers are invited to join FPL, one of Florida’s largest recyclers, in an effort to recycle old documents and ensure customer’s don’t fall victim to identity theft. On Friday, April 26 at Noon, FPL customers are invited and encouraged to bring any unwanted documents to the Florida Power & Light’s Physical Distribution Center to shred free of charge.
WHAT: In celebration of Arbor Day, FPL customers are invited to join FPL, one of Florida’s largest recyclers, in an effort to recycle your old documents and make sure you don’t fall victim to identity theft
Residential and business customers can drop off all their paper trash (five boxes maximum) to be shredded and recycled, including their last paper bill from FPL. Representatives from FPL will be onsite to sign up customers for paper-free billing. It doesn’t cost anything and is good for the environment.

ARBOR DAY: Arbor day is a holiday in which individuals and groups are encouraged to plant and care for trees and encouraged to recycle.
