The Santa Cruz Steak, Smoky Chipotle Chicken Fajitas and Roasted Red Pepper Grilled Chicken are even on their 2 for $20 menu!
My husband and I decided to get the 2 for $20. We ordered mozzarella sticks as our appetizer and we shared the Smoky Chipotle Chicken Fajitas and the Santa Cruz Steak. Both dishes were delicious. I am usually afraid of ordering things that are too spicy but both dishes had just the right amount of spice while not being too overwhelmingly spicy. I especially loved the jalapeño-cheddar mashed potatoes that came with the steak and the melted Monterey Jack cheese was a nice edition to the fajitas. The cheese melted on the sizzling skillet and was so delicious once it was nice and crunchy from the heat of the skillet (like burnt cheese on french onion soup). YUMMY!!! I love that the new menu has a guide so even people like me who are sometimes a little scared of peppers can no be a little daring and try new pepper dishes.
